Negotiated and structured numerous complex, successful real estate acquisition and development project joint ventures and partnership arrangements.
Development
Responsible for overseeing corporate development team, and developing and redeveloping over $500 million of senior housing projects throughout the country. Privately developed various projects with over 100,000 sf of innovative, eco-friendly, high quality state-of-the-art self storage.
Financial Structuring
Responsible for overseeing complex financial structuring of over $2 billion in commercial real estate project financings.
